I haven't received mine yet, but I just had to leave a review for the incredible customer service I've received. I got this as a christmas gift from my mom, and she ordered the wrong size (no biggie!) I wasn't sure if I'd be able to exchange since she got it on Black Friday, but I emailed their customer support and received an incredibly helpful response from a REAL PERSON within a few hours!! They have been so kind and made the exchange process seamless and stress free the whole way. They let me know when the size I needed was back in stock and I cannot WAIT to receive it. Will be buying all bedding from here in the future as I want to support wonderful companies like this one, you can tell they're proud of their products and value their customers! 100000/10 :)

I have the sateen in snow. It was a breeze to assemble and it is a casual, yet sophisticated look. I live in Florida and the lightweight insert works fine. Cozy but not heavy. DOZE is truly an innovative duvet experience!

Doze Duvet's are a night and day difference with the zippers & snaps vs. trying to stuff a duvet into the cover the old fashioned way...Incredible design all around. Love this product and makes my weekly cleaning that much faster. 10/10 recommend!
